Website terms

We help people discover communities while respecting organizers’ work, identities and choices.

Our role and free access

Hub curates and links to public events, communities and resources. Browsing, RSS, calendars and Google-authenticated submissions are free. Paid Community Membership offers separately stated event benefits and exchange opportunities, not paid access to third-party public information. Registration, tickets, event delivery and event refunds are handled by the original organizer or ticket platform.

Membership subscriptions

Community Membership costs US$10 monthly or US$100 annually, with a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required; after the trial you are charged automatically and the selected billing cycle renews. Cancel through Stripe self-service before the next charge. Students apply separately and receive a discount code after manual approval. Benefits apply only to clearly marked events and conditions; a listing does not mean every organizer offers discounts. Review the final checkout amount and any applicable tax before payment. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

Submissions and permission

Submit accurate information you have the right to provide. Do not impersonate organizers, violate privacy, copy full third-party descriptions, or post unlawful content or spam. You retain your rights and, to the extent you can grant them, allow Hub non-exclusive reproduction, public communication, formatting and summarization necessary for platform display, search indexing, RSS, calendar feeds and event promotion. Organizer names stay unchanged. This permission is limited to platform purposes and does not transfer copyright. You can request correction, removal or cessation of future use.

Attribution and partnerships

Automatically imported events use factual fields and our own source notices, without copying full external descriptions or images. Attribution does not imply permission or endorsement. Only confirmed relationships receive a Hub partner badge. Check changes, fees and participation conditions at the original source.

Reports and appeals

Signed-in users can report events; anyone can contact support through the removal page. Hub may pause and review inaccurate, impersonating, disputed, unlawful or abusive content, and stop listing a source when necessary. You may appeal by email and we explain the outcome. A contributor’s consent does not remove the platform’s legal responsibilities.

Application and updates

These terms are based on Taiwan law; mandatory protections and statutory rights continue to apply. Updated 2026-09-11. Material changes will be announced, with renewed consent where required. Contact hub@dna.org.tw about a specific concern.
