Send a request
Email hub@dna.org.tw with the Hub or original source URL, the requested correction or removal scope, and your relationship to the content. You may request removal of one listing or opt out an entire source. Do not send full identity documents, card details or unnecessary personal information.
Review and response
We respond by email and may ask for proof of management through an official organization email or source page. Listings involving impersonation, privacy or rights disputes may be paused during review. We explain the outcome or any information needed; you can reply to challenge the outcome. Personal-data requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines.
After an opt-out
Confirmed exclusion rules apply to Hub listings, maps, detail pages, index lists, RSS and calendar feeds, preventing the same URL or configured source from reappearing after updates. Unidentified sources or changed URLs may require additional information. Hub cannot instantly withdraw third-party search caches, delivered newsletters or copied calendar entries.
Copyright and other rights
Identify the right you hold, the original work or official page, the disputed Hub URL and a contact address. We review requests, suspend or correct content when needed and record the outcome. Attribution alone does not establish permission from every rights holder.
